I lost the back lens cover but the camera still works fine. It works well, but I haven't found a way to get service.

It makes it a pain the arse for these nextgen Android apps that take up so much more space. But that is the issue with these older Android phones, very limited onboard storage. Try a custom rom, I got a little better results there. Plz send address pantech mobile service center in delhi.
Phone is automatic switched off and not switch on. I really love this phone but it has no screenshot and i wish it's android version can be upgraded.
it has really been a nice phone before all the troubles. It gets very hot while charging, the battery drains really fast whether used or unused and at times freezes up. Believe me- this rant was the shorter version Nor do I wish to insult the person who gave it (even though I suspect that this person is more than well aware, hence why it was on hand to give freely.) I just can't stress enough how little I think of this phone. Why do I own it? It was given to me and I cannot afford another. I won't even attempt to list all the quirks, idocracyies, non-existent, yet otherwise common settings, and extreme hair-pulling frustrations this thing forces me to endure daily. As I type this we are trying to figure out once again why it is not receiving sent calls or messages. The worst phone I have ever encountered! Naturally people tend to complain, I have no qualms with that,though when they are fed up with their cell phone I will always offer up my pantech burst. I have not figured out a way yet to display the phone's external memory card (microSD) in PC Suite, so that is not obvious. Then, launch File Manager, and it will display the phone memory folders in the Phone panel. When PC Suite is connected, the status on the bottom of it's windows will say "connected". The phone must be at the middle "idle" screen (date/time) before PC Suite will connect to it. The phone may ask you how you wish to connect to the PC I select "Mass Storage", and then dismiss the screen.

The computer will eventually find the drivers, install them, and notify you that the "device is ready".

Windowws 7 or Vista will then automatically detect the phone and search of the newly installed USB drivers on your computer (I suggest also clicking "stop looking for updated driver from Windows Update, to save time). Once PC Suite is installed, launch it and then connect your phone. Do NOT connect you phone during installation of the PC Suite program. Download PC Suite from the website and install it (this may take awhile both to download since it's abt 144MB and to install).

The PT-6010 USB drivers are bundled with the PC Suite software program.
If you have the $20 or $30 unlimited text plan, it will cost you nothing. Picture(s) will be sent to your email inbox. It will tell you when you have reached the limit.Ħ.
